Through purchasing our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

Purchase / Order / Price

FlowerGirl unable to cancel the order once it is made.
FlowerGirl is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please double check your order details before confirming the order.
All goods sold are based on first come first serve basis and each goods are in limited quantity.
All goods sold are final and strictly not refundable or exchangeable.
Price stated are fixed and non-negotiable.
Payment to be made via payment gateway and one per order.
All items selling price on the website to follow the price at time of order and shall not be comparable to the retail stores.

Delivery

Prices shown for items on website does not include charges for delivery and postage.
Delivery charges will be added to the total based on the delivery service you chose.
Cost of re-delivery will be borne by customer and will be bear by us only if it deemed as an error from our part.
In case of any unclaimed or bounced back parcels, it will be forfeited after delivery 30 days of grace period.
Once product dispatch information provided to you, the products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers. We shall not be responsible for any lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. We shall only make reasonable effort to assists in compensation claim (if any) from the third party postal service provider.

Products Care / Defects

Colour of the actual product may differ from the digital images due to colour calibration of different monitors. Thus, it should not be considered as defect.
We may not be able to provide 100% accurate descriptions on the product details. However, we have made the best effort to display the actual product photography as shown on the website.
Customers are advised to check on the product size and measurements and understand that the different design may have measurements variant to fit based on different design. The measurement variant should not be viewed as defect.
Product to handle with care. Any scratch or torn upon trying or wearing should not be considered as manufacturing defect.
To avoid colour transferring for the first few times, please hand wash the product separately with other garments.
Please use indirect (placing as fabric/cloth in between product and iron) ironing method with medium to low heat. We encourage steaming for quick fixing.
Our products are non-stretchable, please consider bigger size upon purchasing instead of the just fitting. Bear in mind, you little ones are keep growing. Last but no least, happy shopping!
